The New Star McDougaller article....

Postby Mrs. Doodlepunk » Fri Oct 27, 2006 6:34 am

really hit home for me. I've been one of those people doing the program for the past couple years and having way too much fun cheating at least once a week to make any progress.

Seeing this guy's results is amazing, he is a new man in less than one year! I am wondering if his wife has had similar results?

Dr. McDougall's comments about the people who say they do the program about 80 percent of the time hit me between the eyes. It has been getting easier and easier to slide off and takes longer each time to get back on board.

No, this is Scott Raphael, his story came in my email this morning in the newsletter. It is probably posted on the main website by now.

Rich Richardson is amazing and so is Scott Rapheal. I received a new newsletter from Dr.McDougall about Star McDougaller Scott Rapheal today. Both are inspirations!! :)

Now, I'm not finding anything on Rich on the Star McDougaller's page. Is this on the testimonials board?

Both stories are wonderful. Such dramatic changes. Reading about Star McDougallers is something I will never get tired of!

I'd love to have Scott for my doctor!
But I doubt my insurance company would reimburse me for the milage from Seattle. :)
I do a more restricted Program to maintain my weight & health. I have been McDougalling for about 30 years, with a long transition, until I finally accepted this lifestyle, stayed on Program and reached my goal back in 2006.
