I heard one report stating it was safe to eat spinach again, they mentioned cross contamination from cows on the property next to the farm. Not sure if all that is true or not, I haven't had any salads either, still a little nervous.

The lettuce that was recalled a few weeks ago turned out to be just a precaution, and there was nothing wrong with it.

Things have cleared up now, and if you feel that you have to eat bagged lettuce, go ahead. I personally would suggest that you purchase local, unbagged, organic veggies as much as possible.
