Dr. McDougall mentioned in a recent email that drinking silica rich water can reduce the amount of aluminum in our bodies. He said that it's easy to find on the Internet. I've looked and find a lot of information about it, but it does not seem so easy to locate and buy. I'm not a fan of Internet shopping, and it seems that most of the information links to stores that sell bottled water of various brands, that may or may not be rich in silica.
Can anyone tell me the item I'm looking for? I'll go out an get some.
