B - small banana muffin (my recipe - vegan, whole wheat flour, low sugar)
S - cantaloupe
L - slice pizza (not on the plan, but yummy)
D - mashed potatoes with a bit of soy milk
S - jicama and carrots
They bought us pizza at work today so I splurged and had a slice of pesto/tomato pizza. I'm not perfect on this challenge, but I'm making a lot of progress so far!
Had another hour-long walk with the furry kids after work.
jmgoforth - There's no shame in where you are right now. You're heading in the right direction! Be proud of the successes you've already had and those you'll accomplish in the future.
