1/09/15-165.4
1/16/15-162
1/23/15-163.4

Trying to be thankful that 1.4 is all that I gained this week. I know the eating part in my head, but the emotions slamming around in my head, I have yet to tame and train. Totally off alcohol now, but I just replaced it with regular coke. GRRRRRRR!!!!! My goal this coming week is to break bad dietary habits instead of just changing them out. I'm trying to remember how far I've come. I saw a family physician this week for the first time in 3 years. I've lost 24 pounds in 3 years. I can lose this last 6 pounds with a starch based diet.

No change

I was doing well until Wednesday when I was really exhausted. Got a deli vegan sandwich that day bread and oil and had a bounce back up.I have ordered a new bed this week- I am hoping this will help put an end to my fibromyalgia insomnia and I can get back to real loosing again :)

Hello all:

No loss for me this week. :crybaby:

I will not be participating for awhile as I am going in for surgery this week. Need some new body parts  If all goes well then some recovery time and back again for a second surgery. My one concern is that the doctor may have to put me on blood thinners and if this happens I have to avoid foods with vitamin K. This pretty much eliminates all of the veggies that I eat other than carrots. I will need to really take a look at what I can eat and come up with a food plan for when I am home. Good luck to everyone, keep up the good work and I will be back. :D

Good luck to you! And I look forward to hearing that everything went as smoothly as possible.

I'd like to join in even though the month is almost over. I'm hoping the weekly bit will help keep me moving forward.

I'm down 2lbs this week which brings me to within one pound of where I was in 2005 when I was first pregnant with my oldest, though I still have a ways to go.

Shaky week... three days of it with an exhausting 'bug' and minimal food... eating normally for two days. This may not be accurate by next week'. Even if not today 135.2 -- down three pounds -- and I am just happy it is going in the right direction. Getting rid of flour and 95% of fat has made an amazing difference.

Now to keep that up with my partner's tendency to incorporate a few tablespoons of tahini, such as last night when he made the MOST incredible seitan BBQ ribs! Just one. The rest potatoes and spaghetti squash :-D

Hi all!

I have not reported since 1/9. I've had a cRaZy couple of weeks. In any case, I weighed 186.4 yesterday morning, so NO CHANGE for me.

Hope everyone had a good week! Looking forward to bringing home January with a little more loss next week and a loss for the month.

I am down 1.4 pounds this week. That is with starting my period yesterday and eating pasta all week.
Hubby Kris down 2.5

I will be posting the weigh in a little late today. I have to meet the horse farrier at 11....and cause of my period I got a late start today....
