Dr.McD addresses plateauing and setpoint in his new DVD. I just learned also from another source that plateauing is actually a good thing. In a way it's 'mainteance' and you are learning to eat what your body needs for nourishment while also not gaining any weight. Eventually, with pepping up your exercising or eating a little less, it will break and the weight should start coming off again. Happy McDougalling!
