Hello everyone! I am so excited to find this group and to participate in the MWL Weigh-In Group. I am especially excited to ditch the oil and make and eat foods which are oil-free.
I began a WFPB lifestyle at the beginning of May 2020 at which time I weighed 175 pounds. I am 5'10" tall and am 67 years old. As of this past Monday my weight has dropped to 157. I want to get down to 145 which is my ideal weight where I look and feel my best. It has been 5 years since I was at my ideal weight. It's time to get serious about what I put in my body.
I am a school nurse at an international school in Skopje, Macedonia. My husband of 25 years is a meat and dairy guy and so I am on my own with the food changes. That's okay - it is what it is.
