For breakfast, I had leftover, home-made veggie pizza. Spinach and mixed stir fry veggies. So veggies, good. Bread, bad. Lunch, no veggies, only some rice cakes.
Dinner came very late. It was international stew, full of tomatoes and corn. But I think fell short of my 5 veggie goal today. Tomorrow is another day, and another chance to eat lots of veggies!
