I'm down a .5 lb. for the week
Yesterday, I would have been down 2 lbs. That is how funny weighing everyday can be. There really are a bunch of ups and downs with daily weighing.

Good morning folks,
up 1 pound this week. Not entirely sure why, but bodies do funny stuff sometimes. So at the end of May I'm still 3 pounds lighter than at the end of April (but I REALLY wanted it to be 5 pounds).
Never mind, here's to June! Have a good week everybody.

Good morning. I'm happy to say that I'm down three pounds this week at 183. This despite having a birthday party at work and having succumbed to a few cookies though I resisted the other goodies.
