Mary's Mini question

Postby janisphilbin » Sat Jan 24, 2009 8:16 am

Can you have green peas and/or corn as your vegetable along with your chosen starch? Not sure if green peas and corn are considered vegetables in this instance?

Thanks,
JP

If you check the free program listing, you'll see that corn is a starch. Quite high in calories actually. I like to add a little for the sweetness.

Peas are listed as a legume, along with lentils and beans.
