Is Dr.McDougall's soups Ok for the MWL diet?

Most of them contain pasta in some form. But the split pea one is MWL friendly....at least the gluten-free one that's in the smaller size.

The mashed potatoes also, and maybe the chili. I couldn't see why the chili wouldn't be. Gosh i haven't looked at the Right Foods site for so long, I wonder if they even make the mashed potatoes any more. I liked those.

I could have sworn I saw the mashed potatos at Whole Foods the last time I was there. A week ago. I miss those..but the varieties seem to have too much sodium in them. It would be nice if they would eliminate the salt or at least cut it in half for us salt-sensitive people. Then I may buy them again when they go on sale.
