FEB '09 MWL "ON PLAN, PLANNING TO STAY THAT WAY"

Postby LauraA » Fri Jan 30, 2009 3:42 pm

Hello to everyone who is interested in Maximum Weight Loss. Several of us have been doing a thread each month to offer each other encouragement and support. We started in Nov '08, and are still going strong. There are no rules, and some people come and go. Most of us weigh in on Thursdays, share successes and struggles, and offer support to each other. Please join us - all are welcome. My main goal is to stick with these threads for all of 2009. This month, I'm going to try to add an emphasis on exercise. For those who want to, we can post how we did with our exercise goals along with our weights on Thursday. For me, my goal is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
Let's all start posting here on Feb 1 - for now, our January thread is still going strong. I'll check this thread a couple of times a day to welcome anyone who wants to join us. Take care, LauraA

I am in for Febuary. I got stuck in my weight lost because I broke my ankle and severly bruised it 3 months ago. I am still limping but walking about a mile. So I am becoming more strict with my diet.

I need a little help here please. My gastroparesis in is full flare up. It's nerve damge that results in a paralyzed gut, and when it's bad, food doesn't digest and I need a liquid or nearly liquid diet so the stomach can empty by gravity. :(
Any MWL ideas?

Potato soup is about all I can think of off hand.
