I am preparing to start the maximum weight loss diet and am assuming it is the 12 day diet given both in the book and on the web. If I am wrong please enlighten me. The recipes mention apple juice but it is not on the packaged foods list. What brands or descriptions should I use when purchasing this?
Thanks in advance for your responses.\

thanks for your responses. i posted it here again as I found out that I was interested in the regular 21 day plan and not the more extreme version. I will be using the diet as published in the book. Thanks again,.

I usually tell folks to start with the regular plan and see how it goes. If I follow it and watch my hunger signals I lose. I know some who don't though.
