I've lost or lent out my book and want to start again, can someone give me the nutshell version of the diet? I know the "what's allowed & what's not allowed", but know that for weightloss you figure things a little different. Isn't it avoiding nuts, olives, avocados,.....& ?
I've got 115lbs. to lose.
It's just me.

I, myself, will occasionally have corn tortillas as I have seen in newsletters that it was ok, even on MWL.
