several days, maybe about 5.

Rice with cinnamon for breakfast...

Soup with rice for lunch...

Rice with vegetables for dinner...

Rice with sugar, raisins, soymilk for dessert.

There! It's all gone! :)

I freeze my extra rice in single serving freezer bags. Than whenever I need rice, I just go to my freezer. It also is a huge time saver as whole grain rice takes forever to cook. These just need to be defrosted. I do the same thing with pasta. I always make extra and freeze it.

I usually use it in soups, or stir fry (with broth) with veggies.

I just did this with a batch of Jasmine rice that I made.

I freeze mine too when I make too much. Ziploc bags are great since you can flatten the rice out in them so they stack well. :-D
