no problem with weight loss here as i am at my goal weight 103 pounds and i am 5"3 and have been for many years!.i just have had some digestive problems with legumes lately so have been sticknig to vegetables,fruit and brown rice.thnaks for your concern.

I am pretty much on elimination all the time due to food allergies. I am at my ideal weight of 107 - 108. I am 5' 4 1/2 inches. I feel good at this weight. Wish my allergies would go away though. I keep asking if anyone has healed their allegies and haven't gotten any responses. My hope is that by strengthening the immune system the allergies will eventually go away.

do you think bob's red mill brown rice farina(cream of brown rice) would be ok on the elimination diet?the only ingredient is whole grain organic brown rice.
