I do a little (really little) walking and jogging. Mainly I chase after kids. I jog at the gym when I can get there. At least for me the main key to weight loss is the food I eat. Exercise is a nice bonus.

That's great, gives hope to all of us. I too have small children and finding time to exercise is really tough. Knowing that I may be able to get down to or close to my desired weight w minimal exercise(we do encourage active lifestyle w our children though) is quite empowering.
