Thanks Lesliec1. Believe me, I never imagined I would be thin enough to actually want to stop losing weight! The only other time I was this thin was 20 years ago when I was suffering from chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome, had zero energy and little appetite, and was very unhealthy. Fortunately, this time around I am fit, not ill, and my shrinking waist convinces me that the weight loss has been primarily fat and not lean muscle mass (or just water).

(As for sizes...XXS is the way to go, or XXS Petite. That's what has saved me. :unibrow: )

Wow Julie! An absolute transformation. I remember the photos from your trip with your partner to Costa Rica a few years ago with the McDougalls. You look really wonderful. Congrats!

Thanks! I'm a bit embarrassed looking at those photos in my bikini now. I wonder if it still fits as I'm about 20 pounds lighter...
