Letha, happy anniversary and wow. If you didn't say both photos were of you, I wouldn't have thought the photos were of the same person! Keep up the amazing journey and thank you a million times over for sharing your insights, struggles, & perserverence with us.

Letha, your post made me feel like crying, I am so touched. And I congratulate you not only on your progress, but also on your courage to share your photos because the transformation that has already occurred in you is just awesome. You look so much healthier and thinner, yes, and also younger. I will look forward to your September, 2010 testimonial post and will be rooting for you every step of the way.
Hugs!

Hi Letha,

Congratulations on your progress. If you're looking for an exercise routine you might see if there are any water aerobics classes you could do. They are pretty low impact and still decent cardio. Either way you're doing amazing.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. :D

Absolutely fantastic, Letha!

The very first books I read on diet and nutrition are by Dr. Gabe Mirkin. He claimed that it is very very difficult to lose 100 pounds, and to keep them off. You are the living proof that it is not only possible, but that one can go so much farther. Congratulations!
