Nettie - thank you one hundred forty times for all your wonderful supportive posts here. You are really bringing hope to so many - especially those of us with more than 100 pounds to lose in the process of healing.

Hazel, you are so incredibly honest! I would never show my backslides/slips to the world, as you have done for 6/1/08. Too much shame and unwillingness to reveal failure on my part. I'm convinced it's what kept me obese - being unwilling to admit weakness.

With honesty like you possess, I predict you are one of the ones who will succeed at losing 100+ pounds. Keep going, girl! Keep your eye on the prize. :-) Nothing but joy awaits you on the other side of 200!
