Three cheers for you!!!!!
All time high 275+ lbs/125+ kgs (maxed out scale!). Was a size 26-28. * * * Fastest 10 km (6.25 miles) run time 55.30; half marathon time 2:13.49.

Dealing with the maintaining huge weight loss thing... imperfectly and with some challenges.

Sounds good, but

check the figures. Is it possible that you made a typo?
I don't see an 86 point drop, unless my math is wrong, and it looks like the total cholesterol went UP during the 10 day program.

Am I missing something, or is there a typo involved?

Sacto Bob, read it again -- it went from 291 to 205 - definitely went down --
Cheers

I see that the post was edited, and now it looks right.
Thanks for the edit. I should have quoted he original numbers so as not to cause confusion when they were edited.

That is amazing and in such a short time. Did you get really serious overnight? How "bad" was your diet before....Great job!!!!!!!!!

Wing Man, those are startling numbers! It's amazing what this diet can do. Wishing you further success as you continue to McDougall! Were you following the regular or maximum weight loss plan? What other changes are you experiencing? All the best!
