It is so good to know that this still works. I did it very stricktly for 5 years starting in 1992. I lost 75 lbs and kept it off that whole time. Through a series of events I got away from it and gained back 50. I then tried almost every diet known to mankind and realized that this is the only way my body will really keep it off and keep me satisfied. I got started again Jan. 2 and plan to keep it for life. I do understand being older now that it is much harder to get back where I need to be. :?

Nettie,

I, too, am a breast cancer survivor and like you gained some weight from various......BC-related things. I started 22 years ago, but went off the MD plan for various reasons. But I am here now and started last week! That's the important thing. We're here, and I pray we've seen the last of that nasty disease. YES!
