My first goal was to lose 10 pounds during the month of May (I started one week in). I was a few days late getting that last pound off, but I'm proud of myself for losing 10 pounds in a month.
My next goal is another 15 pounds by the end of the summer. I will weigh about what I weighed in college, which was 20 years ago.
I have an additional goal of another 15 pounds by the end of the year, but I would be a stick if I got there. I'm not sure if I want that because I have a fairly curvy figure, and I don't want to completely lose that. A flat tummy would make me pretty happy!
