25 lbs down within 3 months

Postby Christine in Cali » Sat May 21, 2011 3:31 pm

This is the best eating plan I have ever been on. It is so forgiving as long I get right back on track. I eat higher quality food. I feel great, sleep better, skin and eyes are clearer, depression is lifting, and I weigh less.....I'm doing the happy dance burnin' calories. As my sister said to me last night as we were watching Forks over Knives "You've saved your life" I believe it too!!
 :crybaby: tears of joy

Thank you Everyone on this board for your support and Thank you John and Mary McDougall for enlightening so many people to this way of life.

Now on to finish my first goal and then to the next.

Blessings.....

Congrats to you Christine -- again, 25 lbs in 3 mos is fantastic.....
wish that we could get to see that movie too, but will have to wait till it is on netflix no doubt! Where I live, in the midst of so many family run farms, not factory ones at all, this movie would not be in the theaters.
love this WOE too!
I have lost about 60 lbs and never thought I'd be in the 150s ever again. cured my NAFLD!! Feel great!! Wt loss is so good for the knees and back, ankle, that I know I will never start back to the SAD way of eating again.

Thanks everyone.... that happened in May :D

I am almost to my first goal of 36lbs relocated!!! I think I will do the same as you EteSelle and just let my ticker keep going instead of making a new one....the best weight loss is when I am MWL compliant.

Ricardo....Unfortunately i did not keep track of that I only have some test results that were done about a year prior to me starting this WOE, and I have this phobia about needles so I have not had it checked....but my blood pressure has gone down quite a bit. Maybe I will dig those tests out and take a look at them.
