As background - I fell off eating well in the spring - too many stresses, depressed, etc. At the end of July I pulled myself out of the gutter and said enough is enough. I hate feeling this way, the scales were up, BP up, etc.
So, one month of healthy eating and exercise:
BP was 154/96, today 126/78
Fasting glucose - was 93, today 81.
Weight 159, today 149.4
Lost 1.5 inches off my waistline.
I have more energy and feel better.
Whew, nice to be able to look back and see progress. I still have fat to lose and muscle to build, but it will happen.
