This is LDL over almost 10 years. I have the time part down better than adherence, which I would say is 80-90%. I am sure it would look better if it was 100%. Funny a weight graph would look similar, a couple of years ago LDL dropped about the time I had food poisoning, and lost weight. The next year gained it back when some difficult family issues came up, and my eating changed. Now my weight is dropping again and I am getting back to more compliance.

LDL of 71 on the most recent one isn't bad at all I think? What's your total cholesterol?

A recent total cholesterol was 140. This WOE seems to drop LDL pretty reliably, and LDL seems to relate to heart health.
