Keep up the good work, glo. It is always encouraging to see someone take control and regain their health. I have many friends who are diabetic and wish they would at least try the McDougall way of eating. all I can do is lead by example and hopefully point them in the right direction. Their doctors have told them that there is no cure. It breaks my heart. Thanks so much for sharing your success. Rebia
