My cholesterol change after going on-plan. One more anecdote

I didn't have terrible cholesterol before changing to the this lifestyle, but it did make a marked difference.



I don't really care about the numbers, but they're fun to see. What I care about is how I feel, and how much I love this lifestyle. Three years in, I've had no desire to veer off course. This is permanent and my family loves it. That is the real success story. This is sustainable and very enjoyable and our household misses nothing.
