Hey Guys,
I'm a 22 year old graduate student who is just starting out on the McDougall diet. I've been vegan for about 4 years and I lost about 20 lbs when I first went vegan but I have about 55 more to lose. I've been on all sorts of diets but I feel like this one will ACTUALLY do something! My goal for this diet is to connect with people. I've always dieted alone and I really want to connect with people who can help me. I'm going to try and be active in these forums and I look forward to talking to everyone!
