I'm a 32 yr old mama of a one year old boy, who I'm still breastfeeding. I'd like to learn more about how to feed both of us using the McDougall plan.
I've been vegetarian for a few years, and went vegan about 7 months ago. I'm concerned about adding fats to his diet and keeping up my milk supply. I am about 7 lbs above my "normal" weight, and have to limit how hard I excercise while I McDougall, or my milk supply suffers.
