"new". I'm the latter. A re-tread? At any rate, I'm back. On track and doing the MWL along with a 12-step program for folks like me who get insane with food. (Let's see... does a weight gain of 50 lbs in the last 5 months count as insane?)

Sounds like a bad and probably emotional 5 months. But turn it around to a positive, you didn't do it for 12 months, you got a handle on it and got going again. So be proud. One meal at a time.
