@frozenveg I started taking B12 already before switching to this diet. My problem is, that my body cannot absorb it properly. So we have to find out which form my body accepts and therefore I am willing to take all possible choices. It is for sure, that I will come back to this way of eating since I not only felt great with it but could solve some other issues as well.
@roundcoconut I get your point of view, but I think I am able to distinguish between having an impulse to eat or being real hungry. Like I said before it's a side effect from medicine. If you think eating this way makes everybody prettier, then this is your opinion. I personally believe nobody is ugly by his or her appearance. Being ugly is a a character attribute to me. Maybe you mean looking healthy by naming it "pretty". People who follow this way of eating seem become healthier and so they look like it.
To be honest, I didn't read ALL books about a vegan diet on this planet, but in those I've read I couldn't find any information about growing hair back. The only one I can remember who said something considering being vegan and growing stronger hair was youtube lady, FullyRawKristina. So no real facts or studies that could calm me down and let me believe that everything will be fine, if I just go on.
Since I am no doctor and no expert, I can do nothing than trust in my doctor's therapy. I don't know if this is wrong, neither do I know it's right. I don't want to offend you or cause trouble here, but it's always easy to make a hasty judgement if you cannot understand the opposite's situation. And losing some lose hair in the brush is simply not the same than waking up with a bald spot on your head as big as your hand.
