Well I lost the battle to get rid of the cable. And we actually ended up switching to digital cable. One of the upshots is that they have free exercise programs. They run a little ad at the beginning and then exercise time.
So far I've only done the walking and cardio blast. But I think the power walk was actually more exercise than my normal outdoors walk.
