I ordered it last week and it just came today. It's a set of two walks from George Foreman, led by Petra Kolber: Circuit Walk, which intersperses strength training with walking, and is about a 30 minute walk, and Walk & Box, which has walking and boxing moves for ~46 minutes.
Anyway, for only $2.99 (plus shipping, of course) I figured it was worth trying out.
I will say that the sound on my Circuit Walk (haven't tried the other yet) fades in and out, maybe that's why it was on clearance. It was never too quiet to hear, but it was distracting. I thought the work out was fairly fun, but a decent workout for me.
