runners book question

Postby geo » Sun Mar 13, 2016 5:31 am

Have any of you runners read "Running Science" and if so what did you think of it?

Is there any other book that covers running in a scientific manner that you would recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Check out the Pose running and similarly Chi running. Both methods will help to minimize injury and improve your running efficiency. I haven't read Running Science but I suspect some of the same concepts are discussed in it.
