Saw this one recently from legendary 80s bodybuilder Lee Haney. He is somewhat unique among strength athletes in that now in his 50s he lives without the extensive injury history that plagues most others like him. Much of that probably comes from this attitude. Now, the amount of work required to do this will vary for each individual, but the principle is sound.
