Whenever I worked as a nurse, I experienced migraines. During the years I didn't work as a nurse, I didn't get any. I used to think it was chocolate, but with the help of a really excellent physiotherapist, trained in osteopathy, and balancing unequal muscle strength, I have eliminated nearly all headaches. He explained that due to my mild scoliosis, and previous injuries, that some muscles had become weak and then others overcompensated. He said that mine weren't a true migraine, I guess a very severe tension headache. I am still in the process of fixing muscle imbalances with the correct exercises. Hope this helps some people.

Well it does help but we aren't allowed to have help from doctors unless you have insurance or a lot of money in the USA. Too bad Im not Canadian.
