I have been trying to follow the McDougall plan for a couple of years and I find myself very weak. I also am wondering about my arm. About a year ago I started having crawling sensations in my left arm just about the elbow. I thought I had parasites! It really felt like there was someting alive in there. Then it started itching terribly. The crawling sensations are pretty well gone but the itching continues. I never did develop blisters or sores but it does feel a little bumpy and the area has enlarged a bit. It is also a little darker than the skin around it and it is somewhat numb. Two doctors told me that it is an alergy and I am wondering if it can be Dermatitis Herpetiformis. I don't have it anywhere else I am losing hair quickly and my scalp itches. I have other vague issues that may be related but I don't know.
