Go to the User Control Panel, hit the Profile tab, then at the bottom of the list, choose the Edit Account Settings:

And if that doesn't work for some reason (Things are still wonky since the "upgrade", send a PM to a moderator, and he/she can do it for you. I would normally have suggested f1jim but just remembered he's on a month-long trip and isn't around, so try Heather McDougall or JeffN.
