Just wondering if you would categorize these as similar in calorie density and healthiness to any whole grain pasta, since they are made entirely out of whole soy beans and nothing else, and you cook them in water like pasta until they absorb it. Or if they're probably best avoided.

Soy is considered a rich food because it is high in fat, as is this product. High fat food also lead to the passive overconsumption of calories. This is why all soy foods are limited. If consumed, we also only recommend the least processed forms.
