Hi Jeff,
I've read your cardio recommendations and follow them. What are your recommended muscle strengthening exercises? I'm trying for 30 burpees plus 30 situps every day for 6 days a week. Is that sufficient? What do you do? What do you recommend? Thanks!

viewtopic.php?f=22&t=57444&p=578249&#p578249Most important, make sure you enjoy it and it is safe. I have concerns with burpees, especially for older, out-of-shape people, unless someone is already in good shape as you can easily get injured doing them.
