Does this recent research change your recommendations not to supplement with DHA?

Thank you! I read the other thread. The link I posted here seems to say there is a special type of DHA a person can only get from fish (Phospholipid). Phospholipid DHA is not found in plants or supplements. Why are we not concerned about this type of DHA that we don't get? Thank you for clarifying!
