Hi Jeff,
Is there a list of foods showing the amount of soluble and insoluble fiber in them?
I'm trying to eat more soluble fiber and less insoluble for my digestive system.
Thanks,
Gwen

There are no high quality accurate lists that get into that much detail, which I would think is overkill anyway.
To focus on soluble fiber just choose more beans, oats, barley, berries and yams. Beans, barley and oats will probably make the biggest difference
