Bowel Polyps

Postby hallelujahgirl » Fri Jul 22, 2022 12:48 pm

Hello Jeff,
While watching Dr. McDougall videos regarding colon cancer, I learned that animal products and fat and oils irritate the bowels/colon. When this happens repeatedly, the cells get irritated and start to react by mutating and growing polyps.
My question is: are there other foods besides animal products and fats/oiis that irritate the bowel/colon in the same manner, such as hot peppers, spices if used repeatedly? Anything that could cause slight stool blood like a polyp can?

Thanks for your response,

Carol
