Hearing loss

Postby amgmmg » Wed Jul 24, 2013 1:20 am

A boy at my daughter's class has hearing loss. It happened suddenly 12 months ago. The mother says is irreversible, as the nerve is damaged.
Probably I made a foo of myself today and I asked if she researched cutting off dairy. She looked at me saying how can it be related.

So I thought I come here and ask. She says nerve is damaged, or dead, not sure, and t cannot be fixed. I feel sorry for that kid.
Is there anything that can be done with diet?

She says it probably was caused by a cold that was not cured properly.

Thanks

So check this link out. There are a lot of info out there on "allergies" and hearing loss.

Thanks terranotsoferma

I will read it and pass it on. ALthough I think his mother did not lilke what I said. She says the nerve is damaged or dead and cannot recover.

I thought about weeks before I mentioned to her, but perhaps I did not explain well to her.
