Early pregnancy and starting diet

Postby Jepatin » Sat Dec 26, 2015 1:42 pm

Hi everyone!
I'm new here and wondering if its ok to turn from junk food to McDougall diet in first trimester ? Or should i do it slower, maybe little by little? Now i'm total junk eater and hate it.
Thanks already!

Now is a great time to start eating a healthy diet! Take it from Dr. McDougall!

Read his January 2011 newsletter: https://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2011nl ... gnancy.htm

I think it is a great eating plan for pregnancy -- especially if you get morning sickness -- then plain starchy foods like potatoes, rice and bread can help settle your stomach.
