It's been a while since I updated this thread and in the meantime I've tested/adapted five additional recipes.

Cashew Chocolate Pudding (uses vegan chocolate chips)**
Chinese "Chicken" Salad

** I searched the McDougall newsletters for recipes containing (vegan) chocolate chips to see if Mary or any of the guest chefs ever use them, and I was in fact able to find a couple - one for pie, and one for cookies. I know anything containing cocoa butter, as do the chocolate chips, is not something to eat regularly on a health promoting diet. So, with that disclaimer, and knowing that even in the McDougall recipes you find these occasionally, I have included this recipe in my list of "recently added recipes" for your pleasure.
