I just discovered your blog and I LOVE it! Thank you so much. I have had the cookbook for a while, but it is great to have pictures, reviews, and tips for McDougallizing everything. We made Couscous Pilaf for dinner tonight, it was really good. I am looking forward to diving in to some sandwiches, wraps, and salads next as it is quite hot here in Michigan right now and quick sandwiches and salads sound fab.

I'm having a great time working through these 1000 recipes, and even though it will literally take me years to try them all, I'm a very patient person, and I'll just keep plugging away. Any thoughts about competing on one of those cooking competition shows (perhaps after you've penned your first cookbook)? You've got the cooking background to be a competitor!

I can't see myself competing on a cooking show, but I have actully written a cookbook! It's unpublished, but I've shared it with my children and my sisters. It was quite an experience, and I really appreciate what a labor of love that kind of project is!

One time I was looking for a tempeh recipe and couldn't decide between several in the book, so I checked your blog and found your comments on one of the tempeh recipes. So I tried it and it turned out great.
