Thanks for reading, Idgie and VegSeekingFit! :)

Yesterday was a bit more chaotic of a day food-wise since we were launching a website for a client (at their warehouse) and trying to get everything in order before publishing it live. I'm a web developer and can't multitask at all especially when I'm on edge, so I just had a billion snacks instead of an actual meal while I was hammering away at code for 10 hours yesterday.

Breakfast - hummus melt with grape tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and Frank's hot sauce

A random assortment of snacks throughout the day:
- whole grain seeded english muffin
- half a pack of rice cakes
- a small bag of sugar snap peas
- coffee with soy milk
- a whole container of Trader Joe's eggplant hummus
- a small flute of champagne and a sip of beer after launch

Dinner
- Most of a small square baking dish of sweet potato and black bean enchiladas in corn tortillas, topped with organic salsa

Fitness
I was extremely on-edge after I got home (have I mentioned I hold on to work stress? :o ) so I did the next class in my outdoor running program, which resulted in...
- 57 minutes (3.31 miles/7,090 steps) of walking/jogging
There was a bit in there that was eleven 1-minute jogging intervals, which felt crazy awesome for how not-fit I am. Excited for what's next.
