hey, don't laugh! coughing like that, or deep laughter, really does work your abs. :)

although won't it be nice when the ole abs DO hurt from you pumping it and doing 100 crunches in a row without stopping. :unibrow: when you're all buff and fit and full of energy and no more foot/skin problems and doing everything and anything you want that's legal. Or not. ha!

what does your wife do for a living, anyway? sounds like LOADS of fun :?

Hi Kirk,

I wanted to drop a quick post to let you know I began reading your journal yesterday beginning with page 1. You are an incredible writer and you share an intriguing story. I am riveted and I will continue reading until I finish, as long as it takes me. Thank you so much for sharing your challenges and your successes with this forum. You contribute a tremendous gift putting it all out there so honestly. It helps keep me motivated on this journey to optimum health. Thank you.

Kirk...

watch the Braggs...look at the serving size. It's 1/2 tsp for 160 mg of sodium...so if you do the math it is the same as soy sauce....some of the ponzus are much lower and I love the flavor.....I have some Bragg's but use the San-J Tamari low sodium soy sauce most of the time instead...if it is a big pot of something, 1 T is not that bad! :D
Also I found that the big cans of tomato purees and stewed tomatoes are much lower in sodium although not no salt! :D Pomi is also low salt....

Hi Kirk, Thanks for visiting my journal. I'll post this is both our journals, in case you don't make it back there very soon. The eggnog is in Low Fat Vegan Cooking, which i started writing November 1st this year with two months mostly of the MWL recipes that i use all the time. Starting in January there will be more regular McDougall program recipes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The eggnog was on November 17th, and you can scroll down from the day's post to find it, or click on desserts on the left side bar. Hi Kirk, Thanks for visiting my journal.
